Refund policy

At Meowtique, we are committed to providing carefully selected handbags and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Customized or personalized products

• Sale or promotional items, unless they arrive damaged or defective

• Gift cards or promotional items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact Us
Send us a message with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 – Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions.

Step 3 – Ship the Item
The product must be returned within 3 days after approval.

Step 4 – Inspection & Refund
After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund if it meets our return requirements.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
